B2B describes commerce transactions between businesses, such as between a manufacturer and a wholesaler, or between a wholesaler and a retailer. Godiva chocolate being a paramount in its field of chocolate expertise, also uses other businesses to buy some of the ingredients they use in the making of chocolate. Since Godiva is its own producer of confectionery chocolate product, it is a big advantage for the company to have a direct business to business or business to consumer relationship. Now Godiva chocolate products are also available in many high end department and specialty stores other than their own retail boutiques.
